On Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, we open the doors of our cozy restaurant to both hotel guests and other foodies. In our cozy and family-friendly dining room, we serve you in a warm and personal atmosphere. The weekly changing menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, often prepared with local ingredients such as the region’s famous cave mushrooms. Each dish is carefully crafted to bring out the flavors of the environment.

Chef Amelia gained culinary experience in France, England and Australia, and incorporates the best of these cuisines into her creations. Her dishes are sophisticated, surprising and accessible, guaranteeing a flavorful experience. The kitchen is open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. On other days the restaurant is closed in the evening. The bar and terrace remain open. Tasty!
